Reusable
Bento-Style Lunch Box with a User's Guide - Cook
Book
"My order came within two days! I bought a primary
and a whimsical colored Bento Box Set (manufactured
by Obentec www.obentec.com). It's a set because it
came packaged with a 94-page user's guide -
cookbook, chalked full of tips and recipes for "making
wholesome, earth-friendly lunches your kids will love"
written by Amy Hemmert and Tammy Pelstring. I
would give them a 5-star, except . . . click here to

Discovering backpacks by
Earthpak,
made from recycled soda bottles, totally floored me.
Recycled
Plastic is Fantastic
"Earthpak makes backpacks and bags from recycled
plastic soda bottles. Their bags are good for back to
school, for camping, or for any occasion. They shred
plastic soda bottles and weave them into a durable
thread, and then the bags are dyed in an eco-friendly
method . . . Click here to

Abendigo R. can't
say enough good things about his
Patagonia Messenger
Bag, and he has a lot to say
about the new greener Apple Computers.

Robyn O'Brien launched AllergyKids.com in 2006 after
her fourth child was diagnosed with food allergies.
AllergyKids
gives parents the tools to protect their
children with food allergies. AllergyKids
created a
universal symbol for food allergies and is the first
independently funded food allergy organization.
About AllergyKids,
Robyn says, "Until the launch of
AllergyKids
and our universal symbol, there was no
way of identifying these AllergyKids in
school, in the
lunch room, on the playground or at a birthday party
and very little focus on the important role that an
organic diet can play in the health of the millions of
children with this autoimmune challenge."
Allergykids.com
offers tags for children's lunchboxes
as well as carrying cases for allergy medication, and
other products designed to help protect children with
food allergies. AllergyKids
also has a free newsletter
with helpful tips on avoiding hidden allergens in your
children's diet.

founder, Robyn O'Brien posted on Erin
