Kate B. underwent
the
Master Cleanse this year with
glowing results.
Can't wait to cleanse again
"Preface: it is going to be hard for me not to be gross
when commenting upon the Master Cleanse,
because the gross parts were the best parts. From
the morning saltwater cleanse to the evening laxative
tea and the multitude of cayenne lemonade in
between, it was an amazing experience. I felt so
energized in the mornings because my body wasn't
spending the whole evening prior digesting dinner. It
was a refreshing concept. Over the course of those
ten days, I cried over a cookie . . .

Did you know?? According to
Wikipedia, Singer
Beyonc used the
Master Cleanse to prepare for her
role in the 2006 movie, DreamGirls. Beyonc
denounced using the cleanse as a weight-loss
program, stating, "I wouldn't recommend it if someone
wasn't doing a movie . . . there are other ways to lose
weight."

SustainLane
staffer and licensed nutritionist, Deanne S.,
recommends the
Garden of Life Herbal Detox over other brands.
Gentle Internal Detoxification
"3 times a year, I do an internal detoxification to
cleanse my body of toxins. I love this product because
it's easy, gentle, allergen free, and organic with no
addictive herbs. I've done others in the past that have
caused me to "run" to the restroom, if you know what I
mean ;) This product doesn't do that and I can feel
it . . . click
