Ryan H. gives Boo! Key Balls to little ghosts and ghouls, a whole grain healthy treat for trick-or-treaters, made by the WholeFood Farmacy.

BOO! Key Balls -- A Better Halloween Treat

"BOO! Key Balls were created after seeing so many health-conscious parents challenged during the traditional Halloween or Harvest Celebration activities that typically include over-indulging our children in candies laden with processed sugars, artificial colors, artificial flavorings, and chemical preservatives.

To help parents out during this time, The WholeFood Farmacy created a healthy Halloween treat called "BOO! Key Balls," and they are a delicious . . . click here to read more"

    Last Week's Survey About Detoxification
Review Your Detoxificaiton Experience at SustainLane

We got a great response to last week's survey about detoxification.

94 % of survey takers said they believe that environmental toxins are affecting people's health.

Close to half of survey takers had performed fasts or cleansing diets, and close to half had also taken herbal supplements to detoxify. A smaller percentage of poll takers tried less common methods of detoxification like ionic foot baths, or IV chelation.

Half of survey takers recommend detoxification to others, and more than half were planning to do some sort of detoxification in the next year.

Also, Emiko K. snagged a SustainLane t-shirt for taking our survey. For your chance to get a SustainLane T-shirt, take this week's survey about celebrating a Healthy Halloween.
