Packaging isn't just "peanuts" anymore. It accounts for 32 percent of all the waste Americans generate every year, and its size, weight, and shape can mean the difference between ten containers shipped from China or two. This means packaging has a dramatic affect on both our physical and carbon footprint. But never fear - major companies and individuals alike are taking steps to reduce packaging everywhere they can.
