Description: Restaurant offering fresh, wild, natural, free range and organic food.
"At the Top of the Market"
As you climb the steep sidewalk heading from the north end of Pike Place Market nearing 1st Avenue, slip into 94 Stewart's dimly lit restaurant for an intimate, world-class lunch or dining experience. 94 Stewart's creative cuisine of fabulous seafood selections, succulent meats, fowl and artisan cheeses are freshly prepared daily by Chef Celinda Norton and Sous Chef Jeffrey Hagen, and cheese steward Nic Norton. To start try their Manila Clams with Pepper Vodka and Herb Butter, Fried Avocado, or Cheese Sampler. Sunday's menu included Wild Alaskan Coho Salmon, Whole Roasted Idaho Rainbow Trout, Pan-Roasted Maine Sea Scallop, Sonoma Saveur Magret (Duck) with a Port Reduction Sauce, Dry Aged New York Steak with Blue Cheese Mashed Potatoes, Carlton Farms Roast Pork Loin with Caramelized Fennel and Roasted Root Vegetables, and Masala Cauliflower Gratin braised in coconut cream. However divine their menu today, just remember that their menu changes daily. Each entree on the menu is paired with a suggested wine. Entrees range from $20 to $30. You can visit their website to view their current menu, but may want to call to confirm. Reservations recommended. They use an online reservation program called OpenTable.
