Take THAT Schoolteachers!
I have always said that most of my schoolteachers were full of it (no offense Mrs. Fergoso). Now here is proof! Airborne, the herbal supplement supposedly invented by this schoolteacher (which of course is why we should trust her to give us medicine) just settled a 20 million dollar lawsuit because they were unable to prove that their product did anything! plus, the studies they used to tout showing their products efficacy were shown to be conducted, not by scientists or doctors, but by 2 dudes they hired. Just 2 dudes! Doing a study! You can't make stuff like this up!
What a sad comment on how vulnerable we all are to marketing (full disclosure - I am a marketing manager).
