Oregon Coast Albacore Tuna
Family-owned and operated, Sweet Creek Foods is located just up the road from me about 18 miles, in a town called Elimra, Oregon. They operate a service, to deliver on a weekly basis to homes and offices, their organically grown fruits and vegetables, jams and salsas...and all-natural pork and beef products, as well (www.homegrowndelivery.org). My great find is their Albacore Tuna, which is troll caught off the Oregon Coast. Cooked only once, then sealed in a glass jar, the tuna is fresh, moist and delicious! It prices out to be around a dollar an ounce, but worth the price.
