hot chocolate for Aztecs and Adirondacks

This one time I was riding a ferry across Lake Champlain and I thought of chocolate-covered Adirondacks dotted with creamy... Actually this hot chocolate is very good. It's got cayenne in it, and makes a great afternoon treat with hot milk. It's certainly no Scharffenberger but still the Lake Champlain chocolate is quite fine.
