Aluminum Water Bottle

Sigg seems the best alternative
Sigg with the very high European safety standards seemed the best water bottle option. I ruled out Nalgene and Kleen Kanteen (couldn't get past 'responsibly' made in China) . Yes it's a little heaver than plastic and it doesn't have insulation - In Maryland the heat is intensive - but I just keep it with me in the office and refill with the filtered water there. I bought some for family members and we all loved the designs. I only use water so cleaning is not a problem. You can use interchange different types of drinking tops depending on your use. I'll order more and will keep a cooler in the car. We have to adapt to be healthy and safe!

Cecilia,
I bought a Sigg Thermos. It's not a full canteen, which is much heavier, but acts like a commuter mug with insulation. A little heavier than the water bottle version but it's stainless as opposed to aluminum.

Been hard to get though, couldn't find it at any of my usual sources when I was trying to pick one up for a friend and the only ones I found where the heavier full-thermos version. Good luck!
