Aluminum water bottles

I can't help but wonder about the aluminum water bottles and their possible link to Alzheimer's Disease. If the bottle heats up in a parked car, isn't that the same as cooking in aluminum pans? Plastics of all kinds are questionable. It seems the safest alternative is stainless steel.
