Not your average caterer...AmieeAlan customized my menu using locally grown foods and organic ingredients. I wanted a caterer who could create fresh, creative dishes that were prepared just before it was served. The food was so good, fresh, wild fish, grassfed beef and the best roasted vegetables with this delicate glaze. They were able to create a delicious and "green" event.
I would highly recommend them; they listened to my needs, responded promptly and made me feel like my event was important. Above and beyond other catering experiences I have had.
Thanks so much Amiee and Peter, you did a wonderful job as the rest of your staff.
