Eliminate Toxic Stain & Odor Eliminators, Use Bac-Out
The last toxic, makes-me-sneeze, cleaning products to toss from my laundry pantry were the toxic brand of laundry pre-wash and stain removers that come with huge cautionary warnings on the front and back labels. I replaced them with Bac-Out by biokleen: a concentrated non-toxic, biodegradable product using live enzymatic action and natural citrus extract and vegetable-based surfactants. This works great when our parrot accidently poops on the floor en route to his cage, and our cat, Chester, throws up grass and 'stuff' on the carpet runner (yuk); it's good for removing mascara from wash cloths. Biokleen recommends Bac-out for all pet, food and beverage stains. Eco-bonus: it's safe to use around children and pets, including birds.
