Goodness gracious! Weekend heaven.
Really, really good chicken sandwiches. Must have, $7.
Savory fruit pies, scones, cookies, puddings, made day of. There would be packed crowds lined out the door even without the yelp effect! Owners/bakers Alison and Michael are great and so are the staff.
I actually trained here for a little while and know that they are keeping the ingredients pure and simple. You can also find their baked goods at local farmers' markets--Temescal and Walnut Creek. Make sure to let them know it's your first time, when you go for the first time!
