Description: Scents the water with natural essential oils.
As a man who can enjoy a good luxurious soak in the tub, I thought I should get in on this conversation.
I was first introduced to Lush on M street in Georgetown near where i went to college. I generally stayed away because the smell coming out was so strong. Then one day I needed to get a gift for my girlfriend and didn't have any awesome ideas of my own, so I decided to go for an old standby - the bath gift set. The only thing was, once i started looking at all the awesome things in the store, the more stuff i started to buy. I ended up spending more on me than on her, and ever since I have been addicted. I don't use these two often, since one bath bomb is like 5 bucks, but the rare occasions when i do get to indulge i love it.
I don't mind that it leaves crystals in the tub, and in fact i really like the ones that have stuff in it (I bought my girl one with dried rose petals in it that flower as the bath bomb dissolves. i also love that there stuff is all natural. Now we don't really know what that means because there is no regulatory body controlling it. That being said, they have been advertising all natural since before it was cool, so maybe there is at least something to it. I would certainly like to find out more in the future.

Hopefully I'm not being a pest here, but I think it's important to emphasize that Lush does NOT claim to be, nor are they, all natural. The bottom of the main page of their website clearly states, "LUSH's handmade cosmetics are made with fresh, organic fruit and vegetables, the finest essential oils, and safe synthetics." Organic, yes. Fresh, yes. All-natural, no.
The Fresh 101 section of their website goes into some more specifics. For a dose of the controversy that their "safe synthetics" creates, wander through the customer forum.

Chris - not only are you not a pest, you are very helpful. What's the use of organic fruit in your product if you cover it up with synthetic smells? Makes no sense to me. Of course, just about every body care product does the same, considering the lack of restrictions on the labels. Still do love those bath bombs though :)
