salted caramel ice cream is to die for
Okay, this is the best ice cream I've ever had, hands-down. And don't worry, I've been to Italy, I've hung out in Boston where the ice cream rules, I've made my own many times. Anyway, they use the rockinest ingredients ever -- completely local, organic and sustainable. They use Straus cream. And I live 2 blocks away! You should see the line out of this place on a sunny weekend. My favorite flavor is the salted caramel. I like to get it with homemade toffee and caramel sauce. Overkill? You betcha. :)
