Birdsall Interactive a step ahead of the curve
Birdsall Interactive has always been a step ahead of the curve. And now they've gone a step further and created a green office which can serve as a model of environmental efficiency. You won't find any plastic water bottles or 2-liter soda bottles filling up their waste baskets. All consumables are reusable and all paper/cardboard materials are broken down and recycled.
The employees prefer natural light, so rather than leave lights on all day they simply open the curtains and let the sunshine in. All electronic devices/computers/copiers not in use are turned off. You won't find a computer or printer in this office on stand by mode day and night.
Several of the staff members commute on either public transportation or get to work with good old fashioned leg power. Everyone pitches in to leave the smallest carbon footprint possible.
