one SUPER ESSENTIAL health food
Plain and simple: this yogurt is the most unbelievably creamy, least "yogurty" tasting yogurt in the world. If you're only a fruit yogurt "dessert" eater, then enter the world of main course yogurt. Have it as a side dish (and mix it in!) to 99% of the foods you eat (avoid mixing it in your coffee!), thus adding a powerhouse of digestive nutrition to every meal. Keep your body healthy with essential probiotics, and do so by enhancing the flavors of mediterranean, middle-eastern, and asian foods with a dollop of pure creamy goodness.
