Miso Master has mastered miso
Miso Master is one of those brands it's difficult to say enough good about. They do everything right and their products speak of it, too. How could I list everything great about this paste? It's unpasteurized, aged 2 years, organic, non-GMO. It's got rice koji, steamed rice that's been inoculated with special spores to produce fermented rice. It's also got organic soy beans and sea salt. And there's the fact that when miso is done right, it retains all its great health benefits, like supporting the immune system. These guys even use Blue Ridge Mountain well water!
