"ooey, gooey, and fudgey" - Namaste

This all natural, allergen-free brownie mix, makes a big batch of scrump-diddly-umious brownies. They really do turn out "ooey, gooey, and fudgey". Made with evaporated cane juice, Dutch cocoa, sweet brown rice flour, tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, salt, and xanthan gum, all you have to do is add some eggs, some oil oil (I use a blend of organic canola and coconut oils), some water and bake. They freeze well, so I make up a batch and snatch one out of the freezer whenever I have a craving for something chocolaty to have with my afternoon tea.
