frozen, sub-par backup plan: buffalo wings
Like that frozen pizza you have for backup, Morning Star buffalo wings can serve the same purpose. They're particularly good (not healthy) with Annie's ranch dressing. However, I only eat them once in a blue moon. Morning Star Farms, in case you didn't know, is now owned by Kellogg's. These contain eggs, like many frozen vegetarian options, which is kind of ironic, don't you think, given that eggs are baby, unborn, future sources of meat? Also, I guess these sneakily have an artificial flavoring from a non-meat source. Hmmm? I think I'll pass on these from now on.
