I heart Amy's frozen burritos
I haven't eaten an Amy's burrito that I didn't like, and this is no exception. Its organic ingredients include: flour, black beans, onions, rice, tomatoes, bell peppers, green chilies, garlic. The burrito is only 270 calories w/ 6g fat and 9g protein.
The company is also based in Petaluma, CA which is pretty close to where I live (though I don't know where they get their ingredients from, could be far admittedly). They label their products GMO free.
I also like that you cook it out of the plastic wrapper in a paper towel when you use the microwave; I'm so over microwaving plastic! It also has a pretty small package, which is cool - would be really cool if the plastic was a compostable plastic. The little burro cooks up great for a microwave meal.
