I anxiously awaited the opening of this space, as I walk by it daily, and after learning it would serve organic drinks. Of course I was hoping I could stop by for lunch or maybe after work for a smoothie, but I have yet to try this place since my night owl tendencies have eroded with age. However the interior alone is a sight to behold. It's nearly a non-toxic space, who can claim that? Clay was sculpted for the interior, and most all materials reclaimed from a landfill - locally. There is recycled denim insulation, linseed oil floor stain and recycled wine bottles for light fixtures. The cocktails are organic, and they hope to use solar power, but in the meantime a bike in the front window is set up for patrons to pedal and help power the space. It's great to see this kind of dedication to sustainability from a club owner.
