Cafe Grattitude is the best restaurant on Earth. It's all raw food, which means almost nothing on the menu is cooked, or even heated. And it's all sooooo flavorful. If you've never had raw food, you may be thinking, raw vegetables? Ew. But you're so wrong. I took my father, a steak and potatoes guy, and he told had the same reaction... until he tried the food. After he'd eaten there, he said he wouldn't blame me if I ate there every day In addition to the incredibly spicey, sweet and/or all around flavorful food, the dishes are named things like, 'I am Abundant.' And when they serve you the food they normally say, 'You are abundant,' or 'You are flurishing,' or whatever the dish name is. After all, you are what you eat... and if you eat here you'll be wonderful!
