Raw, local and organic, Yumm!
A lunch at Cafe Gratitude is a feast of all the senses. Your literary sense is tested first, with each item of its extensive raw, vegan menu beginning with the words, "I am..." I started with an "I am Cozy" tea, which was a perfect blend of honey, lemon, ginger and cayenne. The "I am Thankful" soup was a cold coconut curry blend with zing and flavor. The I am Satisfied salad topped the meal, and I left the restaurant exclaming, "I am coming back!"
