Carol Ann Krueger has been traveling with her Casbah Teahouse to events and festivals around the country for the past 15 years. She carries a million dollar liability insurance policy, and sets up huge, colorful hemp tents and canopies that are California certified and fire-retardant treated. It seems like she's got the event planning venue down.
With her gypsy wagon kitchen, she is set up to feed 100-10,000 attendees - serving vegetarian and vegan cuisine, fair trade coffee, with a wide variety of other food and beverage items to select from their catering menu. Portable sound equipment and staging are also for rent. Basic package: $5K. Deluxe: be prepared to spend $$10K, and Super Deluxe: for more of everything, for a longer length of time: $$$25-50,000.
