Completely delicious cashew butter!
It's just cashews and sunflower oil, but somehow it's way more exciting than peanut butter. Probably just the novelty of it, but I love this stuff. It costs a little more than peanut butter (I think my jar was $5-6), but I've made many sandwiches from it so far and it's not even half gone. Try it! I found mine in Chicago at Sunflower Market.
