Catalog Choice
Description: Free Online Service sponsored by the Ecology Center to Eliminate Unwanted Paper Catalogs.
Ditch those Unwanted Catalog Subscriptions Once and for All!
Free yourself from the daily chore of picking up, sorting through, and tossing out all those mail order catalogs you get in the mail. Ahhh, I feel lighter already. Here is how I use catalogchoice.org. When I sort through my mail I toss all catalogs I don't want (and don't ever want to see clogging my mailbox again) into a pile. Once a month I take a few mintues and jump onto catalogchoice.org to add the names of the unwanted catalogs I've recieved. That's it. They take it from there, sending my name and address to the companies telling them to take me off their mailing list. You can also enter the names of other people's catalogs who get sent to your address (such as residents who lived there before you and are still getting a Gaiam, Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma etc. catalog every week). This is such a quick and easy way to lighten the bulk in your mailbox, the clutter in your house, and the burden on the earth.
