Good and Cheesy

There are days when I need a quick-fix lunch; times when I don't want to stop what I'm doing long enough to cook something to eat from scratch. However, I prefer that even when I take something from the freezer to microwave myself a meal-in-minutes that it be nutritious and made with organic ingredients.

I really like Amy's Kitchen products, like their Cheese Enchiladas made with organic corn and tomatoes, because they are gluten free, have no GMOs in the ingredients, and for a frozen entree they taste good too.
