Espresso Yourself Chapacabra
I've enjoyed and served Wandering Goat coffees for the past couple of years. A couple of months ago we were introduced to their blended light roast bean "Chapacabra". As soon as we tried it, Chapacabra became our favorite bean for making our espressos, lattes and mochas. The roaster's notes: "An espresso journey through lemon-drop to berry to baker's chocolate and back again. Drink it before it drinks you."
