Description: Mayor Daley has done many good things to GREEN the City of Chicago, unfortunately--one that hasn't been as successful is the Blue Bag program for recycling. We all hope the City will go to a Blue Bin re-recycling program--before our 2016 Olympics.

residential recycling

The tiny portion of residential recycling in Chicago is shameful. We need a real city-wide program - not the ineffective blue bags or bins in only a few wards.
