Great value
The Civic Hybrid is a great value. I chose the 5 speed stick shift since I live in DC and a manual does not get stolen. 40 MPG and a great deal at 18,500.00. DC exempts Hybrids from the sales tax so you save 6%. Also, registration is 50% less than a normal car. You need to buy one if you live in DC. Go Fenny!!!
