Delicious natural isotonic beverage!
I really like coconut water -- this stuff tastes great. This brand is a really good option -- it's a convenient single serving size and very delicious. Of course, the aseptic packaging is a problem - it's not really recyclable.
There are many reasons to drink coconut water -- it's totally delicious.

In fact, during the Pacific War of 1941-45, both sides in the conflict regularly used coconut water - siphoned directly from the nut - to give emergency plasma transfusions to wounded soldiers.
