This isn't even coffee - it's pure gold!
This stuff shouldn't be classified as coffee - it is more like liquid gold. The first time I tried this coffee was like my first sexual experience - you just never knew it could possibly be that good.
I think trying this coffee compared to all other coffee like trying a $100 bottle of California Sangiovese when you spent th rest of your life drinking Franzia merlot out of a 5 liter box (that is pronounced mur-lot when it comes in a box by the way).
Now about the sustainable part - these guys go beyojd organic and even beyod fair trade. They do what they call "relationship coffee" meaning that they physically go to inspect any farm that they are going to buy coffee from to ensure that it lives up to their environmental and worker standards. And from then on, they have a continuing relationship with that grower.
