Description: Unique public rail system, lighter in weight that is designed to carry fewer passengers directly from one station to another. They run on electricity generated from the solar panels.

CyberTran

CyberTran is a new kind of low cost automated light rail system being developed in Alameda, Calif.. What's nice about it is that it is a small decentralized system with direct to destination service and on-demand operation, like an elevator. It is much less expensive than existing light rail systems and can be the basis for building cities along electric transit lines instead of around cars.
