Recently, my wife and I had Liu Ming come over and give us a feng shui consultation. He brought our Chinese birth charts and one of his apprentices over, and hung out with us for a couple hours.
"Why am I here?" he asked us. We told him that we needed his advice.
"First of all," he said, "90% of feng shui is about location. All the other stuff is mostly fluff, you know, the mirrors, colors, all that."
He told us our directions and what we could do to make the most of it. Our apartment has trees and plants in five windows, almost like a solarium. Liu Ming told us how to retain and collect the energies, instead of dissipating them.
My fanatical wife has done most of the work. Now we're almost done. Yesterday I put a bird-feeder in my wife's direction, which is southwest. Liu Ming's magic is beginning to work.
