Move better and feel better
This is my practice. This is mind-body work. The group classes are like a moving meditation. And the private sessions are hands on and very regenerative. I help you break your bad movement habits. Bad habits lead to all sorts of aches, pains and problems and you don't want them. This is a great, relaxing, challenging and fun way to learn how to move better. Gain flexibility in the right places, coordination, better balance and more. I also teach athletes in clinics focused on better tennis, swimming and better golf.
