Bacon You Only Need to Smell
The smell of Niman Ranch's Dry-Cured Applewood-Smoked Bacon will be enough to make your neighbors come over. Niman Ranch uses sustainable farming practices for its meats. If you're splurging on bacon, this is the one to pick for flavor and meatiness. I believe it might be the same as the bacon sold under Trader Joe's label but not sure.
