Eclipsing many other dark chocolates...
I'm a fan of dark chocolate -- now, anyway. As a child, my mother always told me and my siblings that we didn't even like dark chocolate. At halloween or easter, she'd pull dark chocolate out of our haul, "You guys don't like this, remember? It's *bitter* -- it's grown-up chocolate."
The three of us were so entirely brainwashed that we didn't even buy dark chocolate as teenagers with part-time jobs and pocket money. It wasn't until we each moved out of the house that we were exposed to the wonders and delights of dark chocolates. We are all still mad at our mother about this bizarre form of child abuse.
Dagoba's Eclipse bar is a very tasty dark chocolate -- it's wonderful with a warm drink -- coffee, chai, peppermint tea -- just let it melt in your mouth on a hot day. Totally delicious.
