Their EcoCulinary Cutting & Serving Surface is made of PaperStone, a Certified 100% post-consumer recycled paper and water-based resin material, that not only is beautiful, but so durable. PaperStone has certification from the FSC, and other organizations that keep the sustainable industry honest. PaperStone also has no free formaldehyde, and the EcoCulinary boards will not dull knives, is dishwasher safe, durable and warm looking.
