This company does not honor orders
Earthpak is apparently in the habit of taking orders, accepting money and then not shipping products. Some complaints appear on their own website. I ordered a backpack from them well over a month ago. The response to my first email, weeks later, was basically "we're busy, you can wait." There was no response to my next e-mail. Now I have had to make a claim with PayPal. It is a shame that a compnay with such a good, environmentally-sound idea is run so poorly. It should not be offering products for sale that it cannot ship.
