Eat seafood without guilt
Rick Bayless' restaurant, Frontera Grill, is one of his many odes to Mexican culture. You have to hand it to an Ohio boy raised in his parent's BBQ joint - this kid found his own path and sprinted down it. Service is approachable and professional, the artwork is from artisans in Mexico. There were no mis-steps in the food, and by far, my favorite was the sustainable seafood bar. No fears about driving delicious oysters to extinction here.
