I have a bluemax task lamp on my desk and use it everyday. There is a significance difference when I turn it on: eyesight is less strained, my focus increases, even my mood is heightened. My associate also has a lamp and can't stop commenting how much it helps her. It's the closest thing you can get to natural lighting indoors!
