I have been into working out since back in high school when i was a wrestler, and i was always at a loss for which protein powder to use. i used to use soy, but then i learned about all the estrogen in those. Then i switched to whey, which i good, but nobody makes it organically. Finally, I moved on to this stuff - i love it! It makes your milk (or whatever you mix it with) bright green, and it really does a good job of getting all that protein and those aminos into my body where i need them. I still use the other powdersas well, but i mix this in with my weekly regamine so i don't get too much of any one kind of protein, and it's been working really well for me!
