It wasn't until last year that I found out from my allergy doctor that I have an allergic reaction to soy. For years, I've started out many a day making a breakfast shake with soy protein, organic fresh fruit; sometimes mixing it with rice milk; other times adding organic apple juice. Now, I make my shake just as before, except I use hemp powder - it tastes great and digests easily. Manitoba Hemp Protein Powder has proven to be an excellent, nutritious, and healthier alternative for me. It's pesticide and gluten free!
