Herbamare is an excellent herb seasoning salt as a substitute for table salt, and as a savory flavor enhancer. I started using Herbamare years ago, when I could only find it at European delis. Today, you can find it at mainstream grocery outlets. Herbamare is an A. Vogel Bioforce product, a blend of organically grown sea salt, celery leaves, leek, water and garden cress, onion, chive, parsley, lovage, garlic, basil, marjoram, rosemary, thyme, and kelp. No monosodium glutamate (MSG), nor hydrolyzed vegetable protein (HVP), which can contain gluten.
