I recently found out that Jardiniere was reckognized by the Department of the Environment as a green restaurant along with only half a dozen or so restaurants in the city. They are committed to recycling as much of their waste as possible, they attempt to buy local, and all drinks are served with bio-degradeable corn starch straws.
