Description: Liquid protein concentrate, from soybeans.
Even my picky eater likes it!
I had forgotten about Bragg's Aminos for several years. Then the other day one of my friends reminded me of it, so I sprayed some on the brown rice I was cooking and added almonds. It made a really flavorful, quick, and easy vegetarian meal and both of my children liked it (which makes life SO much easier for me)!
