Description: A fast long-legged Recumbent Commuter Bike.
A great long distance commuter bike
I hope this falls within the ruberick of eco-friendly products. I've been a bike commuter for over 14 years. It seems each career move has been further and further away from work. At the moment I live 18 miles from work. Getting older, I've got two bad disks in my back and its a *real* pain to ride long distances on a conventional bike. The optima lynx is fast, and its short wheel base makes it maneuverable. Its rear shock smoothes the bump out of the road remarkably. It has changed the capabilities of my commute. On the critical side, get the under seat steering. The over seat steering is too close and can make the elbows a bit uncomfortable. If you are new to recumbent it will take approximately two weeks to get used to the new riding style.
