My wife found me a great organic shaving cream after I decided to give up on commercial name brands that are notoriously loaded with carcinogens, parabens, and colorings.
Even many of the so-called green brands of shaving cream are chock-full of chemicals and carcinogens -- Aubrey is the best one on the market, my wife tells me, next to going grassroots diy and making it with clay, as one of my friends suggests I try. It's ridiculous to think that I'm going to basically shave and open the pores of my skin, only to let porously enter chemicals like triethanolamine (TEA) which contains diethanolamine (DEA) and according to the National Toxicology Program causes liver tumors, straight into my bloodstream.
This brand contains avocado oil, eucalyptus, and coconut cream. I swear that after I use it I can feel the tingle of natural ingredients like eucalyptus rather than the noxious sting of chemicals that I associate with many other brands.
