This chocolate made me realize that I like milk chocolate better. It's so rich and creamy and sweet and the buttery caramel is heaven! I had somehow convinced myself I liked dark chocolate better for the past several years, thinking it was more natural so healthier and richer tasting. But now I know I'm an organic milk chocolate lover. Green and Black really tries to make their chocolate as sustainably as possible too - offering fair trade, organic and natural ingredients in their choco bars. They have some great recipes on their website too. No more dark, bitter chocolate for me if I can avoid it.
